Dolgopolov Jr., a future number one (3 pages)? Olek gave Misha a run for his money in their last 16 clash in KL a few days ago. Marcos should be alert to the danger !!! Vamos Marcos !!!

From Marcos's Official Website :Beijing Draw Released
Difficult draw for Marcos… Marcos could have the chance for revenge against Mikhail Youzhny in next week’s China Open after the draw for the ATP World Tour 500 hard-court tournament set a possible second-round meeting between the two players. In a 32-man draw featuring seven Top 10 players, there are no easy matches and Marcos, unseeded, opens his campaign against upcoming Ukrainian player Alexandr Dolgopolov, who reached a career-high World No. 39 in July after starting the season ranked No. 131. Marcos also finds himself in the same quarter of the draw as World No. 4 Andy Murray, making his return to action after a fourth-round exit at the US Open, Indian Wells champion Ivan Ljubicic (who opens against Youzhny), and fast-rising Andrey Golubev, who is competing in the Kuala Lumpur semi-finals this weekend. Check out the full draw here : www.atpworldtour.com/posting/2010/747/mds.pdfMarcos is a former champion in Beijing, after winning his maiden ATP World Tour title in the Chinese capital in 2006 with victory over Mario Ancic. He also reached the quarter-finals in 2007 before running into then-World No. 2 Rafael Nadal in the first round last year. Main draw play begins on Monday in Beijing. From Marcos's Official Website :Marcos To Begin Beijing Campaign Tuesday
Dolgopolov challenge up first… Marcos will get his China Open campaign underway on Tuesday when he faces Alexandr Dolgopolov in a tricky first-round match at the ATP World Tour 500 hard-court tournament in Beijing. The 21-year-old Dolgopolov has been one of the most improved players on the ATP World Tour this season, reaching a career-high No. 39 in the South African Airways 2010 ATP Rankings in July after beginning the year at No. 131. The Ukrainian enjoyed success on the ATP Challenger Tour in the early stages of the season before transferring his skills to the main tour with a semi-final effort in Eastbourne and a quarter-final showing in Umag. Last week he lost a very close second-round encounter to eventual champion Mikhail Youzhny in Kuala Lumpur. Marcos has played Dolgopolov once before, defeating the right-hander in straight sets in the semi-finals of the Tashkent Challenger last year. Check out their head-to-head statistics here : www.atpworldtour.com/Players/Head-To-Head.aspx?pId=D801&oId=B837The match is scheduled to take place first on Moon Court on Tuesday in Beijing, with play beginning at 12 noon local time (5am UK, 7am Cyprus).
