Marcos broken in the opening game of the second set. he saved 4 break points, but failed to save the 5th one...
big psychological boost for Andy, things may look a bit gloomy for Marcos.

Marcos broken in the 5th game, saved tons of b.p. though. 2nd set: Andy *3 - 2 Marcos Marcos, one minute showing real flashes of brilliance, next minute slightly numb walking. crowd is behind Marcos. he's an adapted son of France, hehe. well, Frenchies perhaps still remember Andy's win over Richie in the first-round. by the way, Andy is one of the best returners in the game.

Marcos improved his first serve percentage. he definitely needs a clutch serve to get him out of so many tight situations. his physical condition looks good though, he does a lot of running. Alex Corretja is doing a great job with Muzza, it seems. second set: Andy 5 - 3* Marcos Marcos is serving now with new balls... and Andy's just changed his racquet. gosh, running commentary is getting tiresome.

Marcos took it 6-0 in just 23 min.
hmm, perhaps Andy was saving energy for the fourth set. remains to be seen.

Marcos broke in the opening game of the fourth set, but Andy boke right back.
fourth set: Andy 2 - 1* Marcos
scintillating tennis by Marcos right now, he's aggressive, going for his shots, firing on all pistons, he's even very effective at the net. Andy's body language doesn't look exactly good right now.
however, momentum can swing an entire match. yup, momentum is a very powerful force.

fourth set: Andy 3 - 2* Marcos
surely Andy will apply a lot of pressure.
