Marcos is still on his North American outdoor hardcourt trip. After Los Angeles, he's to play at the Vancouver challenger next week. Reminder: Marcos reached the 2nd round in LA. So let's hope for some good wins again Official site of the event: www.vanopen.com/index.php

Congrats to him. And Amritraj should be an easy one too I think! Btw - did you know Marcos has asked for a Wild Card into the Main Draw for the New Haven tournament the week before US Open? Hope he gets it.

And it's another win in a row. Marcos reaches the QFs, defeating Amritraj 6-4 6-1. He'll play Philipp Bester on Friday. He's to play today with Spina against Im/Matosevic at 6.30PM local time on center court. Seems our guy is on a good way this week. Let's hope it goes on as far as he can As for the WC asked in New Haven, I think it would be great if he coud have it. Thanks for the info anyway.

Marcos won 6-4 6-4. "Watching" the tournament twitter feed and refreshing the page every 10 seconds wasn't the best thing to get involved in of course...

I'd much prefer Marcos to play qualies instead of constantly begging for wild cards... autonomy is a matter of pride... anyways...

Definitely a great week for Marcos. That victory was something totally out of hope about 1 or 2 weeks ago. The hard work has paid.
Congrats Marcos!!
