Marcos is through to the semis!! He defeated Berankis 6-3 7-6. Interview of Marcos, after the match, available here: www.ifstockholmopen.se/News/12%20Baghdatis%20vann%20tuff%20kvartsfinal.aspxHe says it was his best match of the week today. He's happy the way he's playing because he feels great on the court. He likes this event because he's got great memories there. And he considers the level this year is higher than the one he knew in 2009.

Sad news. Marcos had to retire in his semi when Tsonga was leading 4-2 in the 3rd set. He apparently injured his left thigh. Tsonga had won the 1st set 6-4, taking the set on the only breakpoint he had in this set. But Marcos fought back in the 2nd set and broke Tsonga at 4-4, serving for the set and taking it by 6-4. He got broken on the 1st game of the 3rd set and was fighting when he injured himself. I do hope it's not too serious
